The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

There is off road parking for up to 4 cars, but on road parking is not an issue in St. Mary’s Road.

The Glenavon is positioned on the level in a beautiful tree lined road in a quiet part of Llandudno known as the 'garden area' which is within an easy walk to the town centre, theatre, promenade, shops, restaurants and the Great Orme.

This 4 star guest house in Llandudno has everything you need: All rooms are en suite, have comfortable beds, freeview TV, extensive beverage tray promoting our commitment to using “Fairtrade” products whereever possible, free wifi, and complimentary toiletries.

The Glenavon aims to provide that "home from home feeling" in an idyllic, peaceful setting.

At the front of the house on the ground floor is the guests lounge. This is a large light room which has T.V. Setanta freeview box, DVD player and selection of DVDs and a HiFi system with music that should appeal to most tastes.

If you just want to have some quiet time then this is the place where you can sit and watch the world go by and contemplate on the meaning of life.

Breakfast is served in the bright, sunny and airy ground floor breakfast room. It is cooked fresh to order using fairtrade and organic produce wherever possible.

So whether you want a full cooked breakfast, kippers, smoked haddock, fresh fruit salad bowl, yogurt or something else from our extensive breakfast menu you know it is going to be good.

Our breakfast menu also includes full vegetarian and vegan selections, we also cater for special diets i.e. gluten free, just let us know your requirements on booking or on arrival.


Breakfast is served between 8.00am - 9.00am each morning unless an alternative time is requested.
